Thailand has way more than it’s fair share of island paradises, it’s really unfair. Just look at the images - it’s breathtaking. Great beaches, turquoise water and some of the best SCUBA in the world. A lot of people come here exclusivly to SCUBA dive but it can be a great romantic spot for non-divers (like myself) as well. There are bungalows on at least one of the islands, there are other islands where you can rent tents to sleep in. What more do you need, Thai food, cocktails, tropical climate, stunning beachs, world-class aquatic life. You can’t go wrong here.
A tropical paradise… this is about as close as it gets. Seraya is NOT an easy destination to get to - prepare for days of long ferry rides and bus trips before setting foot on this shore. A tiny island with white sand, surrounded by the clearest water I’ve seen in my life. The sunsets here are otherworldly. This is a place meant for sleeping in huts on the beach, playing volleyball, eating seafood and exploring the marine life. Know that the hard slog to get here will be well worth it and bask in the knowledge that you are one of the few people on earth to have been blessed enough to spend time here. Impossible to fight romance in this setting.

One of the best diving spots in the Philippines because of its world-class marine life. Anilao Beach is a places of breathtaking sunsets, underwater exploration and beach strolling. A great place to just roll on the beach, cuddle with your loved one and enjoy the view.
Thailand has some of the most amazing beaches in the world. If walking along soft white sand, jumping in crystal clear waters and eating tropical fruits is romance to you than Koh Tao does not disappoint. If I remember right it was a bit of a hard slog to get here (maybe it’s improved now as I was there quite a while ago) but the payoff is amazing. The water here is so warm and so clear you and soak in it forever. Scuba/Snorkeling are great as well with the reefs in the area and the high visibility in the water. It’s easy to lose weeks in this place.
