Oslo Norway, touted to be the most expensive city in the world is also a terribly romantic destination. With it’s cultural city center, harbor, seaside board walks, island hopping opportunities… spending time here with a loved one is a treat. Explore Frogner Park, Huk Beach, aker Brygge (like a boardwalk), cruise around the fjord, go island hopping, walk along the Akerselva River… the possibilites are endless.
