I took a trip all over Ecuador. Ecuador is the number one most biologically diverse country in the world. It is one of the only countries to be at the equator, but have all of the different climate zones. You can see everything from the beach, to rainforest, to snow capped mountains. It is a truly magical place.
Quito is the capital of Ecuador set amongst a beautiful mountain landscape. The old town is a UNESCO heritage site which typically makes places feel like disneyland, but not here. The charm in this old city is that people still live, work and play there. There’s a subdued charm to quito and a lovely romance in roaming its streets and exploring all it has to offer.

*Whistler Canada is a mountain that some people call Blackcomb because it’s neighboring mountain. Its a ski resort but there is also a little town that has many different restaurants and shops as well as nearby hiking. Its really romantic cause there is soooo much snow and its always nice to go out on the deck with your loved one with a blanket and sit there with each other snuggling and such.
*post not numbered as we have already featured Whistler - but we like repeats*

As part of our trip around Ecuador we headed to the Galapagos Islands. The Galapagos Islands are where Charles Darwin conceived of the Theory of Evolution. They are magical. There are more species of plants and animals on these Islands, 600 miles away from Ecuador, than you can count. If you and your significant other are into wildlife and exploration this is the spot for you.

This place is quite the place to be. Not so commercialized but it gives people a heap of life. The beach is calm. It is one of a kind. White sand beaches may be overrated for most of us but Bantayan Island is the place to be. It is not really spendy when you go here cause particularly, Cebu City is not really an expensive type of place. Unlike other places.
Most hotels are near to empty since most people has not yet discovered this scenic place. Unlike Boracay wherein hotels don’t run out of people. People are very friendly.
If a glimpse of nature is what you want, Banatayan Island is what you should get ;)

There is a great boat ride through these waters our of Seward AK - for those who don’t suffer from sea sickness this would be a wonderfully romantic day trip. Resurrection Bay in Alaska is a picturesque area filled with seals, whales, puffin birds and countless other species. You take a boat ride through the bay and soak in the scenery while taking pictures and chatting with your loved one. Mountains, fjords, marine wildlife and stunning glaciers actively falling into the bay are just a few of the great features of this trip. Cozy up with your loved one and enjoy!

Some say the most romantic thing to do in Puerto Rico is simply to stroll along the streets of Old San Juan and imbibe its special charm. This is especially true on Sundays, when the Puerto Rico Tourism Company hosts a free event called Atardecer Romántico, or “Romantic Sunset,” along Paseo de La Princesa. This is a lovely tree-lined promenade at the foot of the city, with the city walls stretching up on one side and the majestic Raíces Fountain and the San Juan Bay at the end. As you walk, browse the stalls lining the road selling food, drinks, and arts and crafts; stop at a free musical show and join the many couples dancing in the street to the sound of a live band; and steal a kiss by the fountain.

My Mother and I just got back from St. James in Montego Bay. The resort is amazing! We travel two to three times per year and I honestly have to say this is the nicest resort I have stayed in for many reasons. The Jamaican people are very friendly and helpful. The resort itself is beautiful and filled with restaurants, an amazing spa, game rooms with slot machines, a coffee bar as well as ping pong, Wii, pool and shops all on site.
The Spa was amazing even though though pricey. They have what’s called a circuit where you go from a cold bucket of water to a steam bath, cool shower, jacuzzi, hot water bath with jets and more. (Beryl gave me the most amazing Swedish massage I have ever had!) I suggest you try the Jerk Chicken on the beach. It is awesome! The resort has at least 8 restaurants to choose from and they do not take reservations accept the Japanese hibachi. Very quick, friendly service. The food was really good and again, the service was wonderful.

I took my girlfriend to the Bahamas last year for her birthday. It was amazing. One of the days that we were there I took her on a day trip to Ship Channel Cay in the Exumas.
On the tour they take you by speed boat to the Island. There’s nothing on the Island except a shack with a bar in it and the most amazing beach you will ever see. We spent the day snorkelling around reef tip sharks and sting rays, lying in the sun, drinking rum punch and eaten freshly caught bbq fish.
It was one of the best holidays I’ve ever had, with the love of my life.

Hang on tight while we grab the next page
